Temple is a crossroads for America's two largest railroads, Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Union Pacific (UP). For a close-up map showing our distribution center's access to highways and railroads, see our Road & Rail Access page.

The Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad founded Temple in the nineteenth century, and it has remained a company town. Today a surprising number of national and multinational companies have substantial operations here. The city council is business-oriented, and the city staff is a pleasure to work with. To learn more about Temple, visit our Chamber of Commerce's web page.
